We have used Nova Rent several times now and all I can say is that the service is fantastic. The car can be dropped off at the airport or you can pick it up from their office. We have done both and both times the experience has been easy. The cars are good and you have a large selection for your needs, the rental prices is quite reasonable. We have found Nikola and the team really easy to deal with and would highly recommend Nova Rent for any rental car needs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

It was truly a pleasure renting a vehicle from Nova. From the moment we contacted them to when we returned the vehicle the staff was very professional, courteous and communicated with us clearly and very friendly. There are no hidden costs, no "gotchas". The vehicle itself was new, well kept and a pleasure to drive. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with the Nova team in the future. Highly recommended.

“NOVA” is the best car rental I’ve ever seen! A conveniently located office in New Belgrade and at Nikola Tesla Airport.
I’ve used their services several times, both for short trips and long ones, and I’ve been very satisfied. These guys made my vacation wonderful: fast, friendly, clear, and with the highest level of service. I was constantly supported — prompt answers, advice, a car replacement with an upgrade in category, excellent vehicle quality, and pleasant prices. The terms are really good.
Recent car were a joy — a Toyota electric car with automatic transmission: an angel and a tiger! Toyota corolla was also super - our trip to Zlatibor in heavy snowfall was more comfortable and safety that I could imagine.
Highly recommended, and whenever I’m in Belgrade - only with you.

From start to finish, our experience with Nova Rent was absolutely flawless. Milan first arranged the car for us, making the booking process smooth and straightforward. Upon our arrival, Miloš met us right at the airport to drop off the car, and when it was time to leave, Andrija was there to pick it up—both incredibly punctual and professional.

The customer service was excellent, communication was quick and clear, and the pricing was fair with no hidden surprises. This was by far the easiest and most stress-free rental transaction I’ve ever had.

I would highly recommend Nova Rent to anyone looking for a reliable car rental service, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Thank you Nova Rent!

I contacted several, but I chose them for their professionalism and punctuality, which I noticed even in their WhatsApp replies. The service was excellent. They were very kind and helpful, and above all, they were clear about the conditions. The car was in good condition and gave us no problems. If you have any questions, you can count on them. I personally recommend them; customer service as it should be.

Great guys, excellent service, helped in everything! They told us where it was better to go, called a taxi, even escorted us to the taxi to make sure that the driver understood us! Quick pick-up of the car, no credit card required, quick drop-off of the car and return of the deposit on the spot, no nitpicking for scratches, no words!! I recommend 100 percent

I recently rented a car from Nova Rent rent a car Beograd
, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The customer service was exceptionally helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were attentive to my needs and provided clear, concise information, which made me feel confident in my choice.

One of the standout features was the convenient airport pickup point. It made the start of my journey incredibly easy and hassle-free. The car was ready and waiting for me as soon as I arrived, which saved me a lot of time and effort.

The car itself was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. It performed beautifully throughout my trip, and I had no issues whatsoever. The rental rates were also very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service and vehicle provided.

Overall, I highly recommend Nova Rent rent a car Beograd

Wife & I rented a Skoda station wagon with an automatic transmission for a week (July 1 to 8) using this organization. I reached out to the owner from the phone number listed on the company webpage via whatsapp & communicated seamlessly in native tongue and English. Car was driven to BiH & Croatia; no issues with border crossings. They delivered the vehicle to the Belgrade airport (about a 5 min walk from the terminal by the gas station), did the typical car rental walk-though, explained all the necessary documents and the employee answered all my questions, agreed to a car return time & location by airport. Amazing experience, very friendly & professional! Truly exceeded our expectations. Would definitely rent a vehicle with this organization in the future.

Edit for 2024:
We made another trip to BiH/Croatia via Belgrade June 29 to July 8. Experience was the same as the previous year. This time we got a different car, the Opel automatic wagon, which worked great for us! We will use this organization again if we fly to Belgrade airport in the future!

We took this car rental agency since we read a lot of excellent recommendations about it. All turned out to be true. It is reliable and affordable, and Nikola is super nice and gave us some recommendations for the trip to Uvaz and Zlatibor. He also upgraded us for a better car. All and all it is highly recommended.

I had a great experience. I made the mistake of waiting until last minute to book a rental car for the day so I could visit Golubac Fortress … and tried to find a car early Saturday morning. No one was open EXCEPT these guys! They were very responsive and I was able to pick up my car immediately … and at a reasonable price. The car was brand new and there were absolutely no issues … not even with the return! Plus they gave me a free Nova shirt … who could ask for more 🙂

We took a car here for the trip around the Serbia, the overall experience was great. Modern car, didn't have any problems on the road (1300 km in 7 days)! To take car you don't have to have any credit card, deposit can be paid in cash. Recommend!

I used to book my car with one of international rental companies, but I strongly recommend NovaRent. My overall satisfaction is a 100%. I took a car at schedule tome, car was clean and very economic (škoda fabia diesel) and we didn’t have any problem. Passing border with Bosnia and Hertzegovina and back and dropping a car at aerodrom Nikola Tesla early in the morning. Nikola is fluent 100% in english and communication was great. Price too!!!
